Meet Neil-Master Certified

As we said last week, were going to introduce our professional trainers to you! First up, is Neil Dillion. Read about his personal favourites, tips and story to how he became a successful SPI trainer.

Name: Neil Dillon
Level: Master Certified
Qualifications: Master level, level 1 nutrition, PTA graduate, NVCI                                     
Favorite Exercise: I don’t have a favorite exercise but I like compound exercises.
Favorite Athlete: Not sure about a favourite but I am a fan of George St. Pierre.  
Best Training Tip: Don’t fall off the wagon!
Biggest Passion: Strength, speed and sport specific training

Mini Bio: It has always been a passion of mine to help people. Between physiotherapy, developmental services, personal training and my own fitness, I have been immersed in the world of physical fitness/health for approximately 7 years now, but have been physically active my entire life. My mission is to help people be more functional. I like to watch people transform themselves in the gym or just being active and healthy. When you make that transformation, you look and feel better. This is what I strive to help you achieve.
